Who We Are

Our mission & values

Icatalyst Consulting helps organizations thrive in times of transition by enhancing the effectiveness of their people, culture and systems.

We believe that how a leader leads is as important as that they lead, so we help leaders build their capacity and walk with their people toward a shared vision.

Our approach

What problem are you trying to solve?

By helping you to answer that question, we become a valued and trusted extension of your leadership team.

We develop deep knowledge of your organization, including your operations, staff and culture. We then help you identify your organization's strengths, weak points, opportunities and threats; create the right conditions for strategic problem solving; and give you guidance on how to move forward through ambiguity.

We bring new perspectives and tools to help you problem-solve creatively and adapt to changing situations. And with a focus on the people part of change, we help you clarify and articulate your organization’s goals and values so that your leadership team can inspire and empower your people to move in the same direction.
